1. General Information
Adikrishi Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Durgapur, West Bengal, operates from its registered Head Office. The website enables authenticated vendors to list and sell their agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, and others directly to customers.
This will be accessible through OTP which will be sent to the registered mobile number without having to enter any passwords, thereby ensuring safe and smooth access.
2. User Data and Privacy Policy
Adikrishi Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. prioritizes your privacy and pledges to use your personally identifiable data and information with utmost care and responsibility.
For Customers: All names, mobile numbers, and multiple delivery addresses are obtained.
For Sellers: During registration, we require their full name, mobile number, business name, address, PAN number, and GST number.
This data is essential for the processing of orders, delivery management, and seller verification.

3. Seller Account Registration and Verification
The interested seller will fill the registration form with all the required business details and necessary documents including PAN, GST number and others. Once the completed form is submitted with all the necessary documents, our verification team will assess the authenticity of the documents and ensure compliance with the platform’s policies.
The account creation will be confirmed once all documents have successfully been verified and passed all the validation checks.
Please Note – Adikrishi Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or suspend any account if any information or document provided is found to be incorrect, incomplete, or not genuine.
4. Usage of the Platform
It is necessary that all the information provided is correct since this will be used for order and delivery purposes. The website must not be misused, including for fraudulent transactions or other illegitimate activities.
Sellers must ensure that the items listed do not violate the country's laws and that product descriptions are accurate. They must ensure timely delivery and maintain good quality. Prohibited and counterfeit items must not be sold on the platform.
5. Payment Terms
The site offers multiple payment options to support customer transactions. Sellers receive payouts after successful transactions, subject to platform fees, taxes, and other deductions.
In case of disputes between customers and sellers, Adikrishi Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is available to mediate and ensure fair settlements. Sellers and customers are advised to review all transaction details before finalization.
6. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Customers can cancel their order any time before the product has been shipped. Cancellation may not be available post-shipment unless at the seller’s discretion.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. A return request must be made within the return period specified on the product page. Upon acceptance of the return, refunds will be issued within 2-4 business days, either as store credit or to the original payment method used.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Under no circumstances shall the contents, graphical images, or logo be legally reproduced or duplicated by any entity or individual. Adikrishi Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found doing so.
8. Limitation of Liability
